Melissa joined Pallas Capital Advisors in 2023 as a Financial Planning Associate in our Park Ridge, New Jersey office. She is an integral part of the wealth management team led by Eric Lalime, Managing Director. The Pallas team focuses on delivering bespoke advice and guidance to our clients who employ us to help them achieve their financial goals. Melissa ensures each client experiences uncompromising service and works to develop long-lasting relationships based on mutual trust and open discussion.

Prior to joining the Pallas team, Melissa provided brand development and marketing strategies for global luxury retail brands. Her passion for client experience and exceptional customer service has continued throughout her career.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and has recently obtained certifications in Digital Marketing from Cornell University, in addition to holding her Series 65. Melissa resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey, with her husband. Outside of her professional endeavors, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cooking new recipes in the kitchen, and traveling to Italy to reconnect and see family and friends.
