Damien DePeter joins Pallas Capital Advisors as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management, bringing with him a remarkable track record of over 20 years of helping individuals, families, and organizations shape their financial futures.

Damien strives to help his clients deal with complex financial decisions. He focuses on providing guidance to corporate employees with concentrated positions in company stock compensation programs and business owners with questions about how to navigate their unique financial decisions.

Damien’s expertise and experiences have equipped him to provide clients with tailored guidance in investments, real estate, retirement planning, estate planning strategies, and assisting individuals in preserving and transferring wealth to younger generations. He offers his clients insurance and risk management planning to help protect their assets and mitigate risk.

Before joining Pallas Capital, Damien was a Vice President and Senior Wealth Manager with Mayflower Advisors. Prior to Mayflower, he served as an Account Vice President and Wealth Advisor at UBS Financial Services where he received their Wealth Advisor designation. He had previously served as a Business Strategy Consultant to Fortune 500 financial organizations.

Damien graduated from Connecticut College with Honors in Economics. He received the Brown Brooks Award for outstanding student-athletes who best represent the graduating class in scholarship, leadership, and sportsmanship. He was recognized as a scholastic All-American, as well as an athletic All-American in lacrosse, and was elected to the college’s Hall of Fame.

Damien lives with his wife, son, and two daughters in Winchester, MA. he enjoys spending time at Lake Winnipesaukee, coaching, golfing and is involved in many community activities.
