Andrew has positioned himself as a forward-thinking Next Gen Advisor, already receiving accolades such as Forbes Next-Gen Best in State Advisor for 2023. Prior to joining Pallas Capital, Andrew served as a wealth advisor and the Co-Chief Investment officer at De Groote Financial Group, LLC. During his time at De Groote Financial Group Andrew was passionate about mapping out his clients’ financial futures and working with them to construct portfolios that work in accordance with their goals and aspirations.

Andrew began his career in the financial service industry at Kelly Financial in Boston MA. While at Kelly Financial Andrew was the Chief Investment Officer.

Andrew attended Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, earning his Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting. While at Saint Francis, Andrew played on the Division 1 golf team.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Andrew now resides in Boston’s vibrant seaport area with his wife Madison, and their French bulldog, Fern.
