Patrice Smith joined the Pallas team in 2023 as a Business Development Associate and is the first point of contact for advisors looking to go independent. Patrice is responsible for all recruiting aspects, primarily focusing on educating and attracting financial advisors who are interested in the independent route.

Patrice is passionate about establishing connections with people to steer them in a direction with their best interests at heart. She is known for offering advisors a path that guides them through any pain points they may be facing as they recognize all the potential opportunities within the independent space, specifically, those advisors who are coming from wire houses.  Patrice plays an integral role with all our tuck-in advisors as they prepare for their transition and launch their new businesses as independent advisors.

Prior to Pallas Capital Advisors, Patrice excelled as a sales associate at Citizen Bank, where she worked collaboratively within a team, acting as a communication liaison between customers and the bank.

Before her time at Citizens Bank, Patrice served as the Assistant Finance Director for the “John Ward for Congress” campaign and held the position of Director of Client Services at Bowen Advisors. Throughout her previous roles, Patrice showcased her aptitude for developing new client opportunities by executing a range of sales and marketing strategies.

Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University. In her spare time, Patrice enjoys volunteering in her local community, attending her kids’ sporting events, spending time with family, and listening to podcasts while on walks with her favorite Corgi, Rosie.
